This has been my 'go to' recipe for my DIL who is a celaic. But now, her son has been diagnosed with a nut allergy, so this is no longer an option. I've yet to make them with soy butter but if there is anyone out there who has, please let us know what they taste like.
But they are indeed yummy and yes, no flour. |
I'll have to try this! Thank you!

Yes, no flour. I have made these for years. My Dad loved peanut butter cookies. Was so thrilled when I found this recipe, so much easier than the old recipe. You have to try them.

I make these about once a week. I them with about 3 handfuls of chocolate chips. They are good for anyone who has to stay gluten free like me.

Wow, thanks!

that sounds so good. Do you think you could use Splenda instead of sugar??? I'm diabetic.
