Is anyone going to the quilt fest of new jersey,in Somerset?
|
I don't intend to.
|
On Thursday, I think
|
Yes.
Any suggestions on what to see? I have never been. Susan NJ |
It's not a giant show, but they do pack a lot in to the arena. I've done a few classes in the past and enjoyed them all. Go to www.quiltfest.com for more info. Enjoy!!
|
Would love to go but am in Florida until The end of next month...
All those who are going, enjoy yourselves.....as I know you will ! |
It's a bit of a trip for me, but if we can get someone to look after our dogs, we'll be there!
|
Arrived at 1 PM and stayed until closing at 6 PM.
LOTS of nice stuff to see. All we did is walk around, grab a sandwich and keep walking around. Never got to hear the lecture or even attempt to take a class! Many beautiful fabrics and sale quilts. The Quilts in the Show were all beautiful. Many styles and types of quilts. Well worth the $12. admission, with return visits, free. Susan |
I'm going to spend saturday afternoon there, and I will probably return sunday afternoon, because like my indecisive self I will want something that I didn't get the day before. Wish I could go friday instead of the weekend but being a teacher and this week is crazy with all of the Dr. Seuss events I will just have to be patient.
