Lindyline (Linda) and I ( Jackie) are hoping to orgainise a lunch get together on saturday April 16th 2011. As yet we haven't decided on a venue yet but we are thinking the city would be a central area for eveyone.

Yes it is at the time of the Australian quilt convention. We had no idea that it was on during this weekend, so I guess this could work well for a get together.

That is good idea Linda but I think it would be a better idea if we meet before the quilt show and then anyone who wants to go can go afterwards.

I can't find closing times for quilt show but think it is 4.30/5pm. Does anyone know if it is open later on Saturday?

If lunch was nearby so there was minimum travelling time between the two venues or able to use Exhibition area parking for both , it would be easier (if the show does not stay open later).

I think we need to meet for breakfast in that case!!!
