Quiltingboard Forums - Hello From Minnesota

Greetings! My name is Jane. I live in the Twin Cities and also have a lake home near Itasca State Park (for those of you who don't know Minnesota, that is the headwaters of the Mighty Mississippi). I acquired the 'Jammin' before my name because I am notorious for jamming just one more item in the dishwasher, fridge, motorhome, etc...even 1 more piece of fabric into my cart at JoAnns! I've been sewing for 30 years, but have never had a home ec class! My Mother taught me when I had my daughter...and I've been sewing ever since. I've been quiling for several years. My mother-in-law introduced me to quilting!! I've made 1 queen size quilt (which I will post when I learn how) and mostly quilted wall hangings. I've been reading the quilt board for about a year now and have learned so much. I'm excited to come on board with all of you! I already feel like I know some of you personally!!
