I have a chance to buy a used GRACE QUILTING FRAME. What should I know about this frame? What is a good price? I've been told the rails are warped. I'm thinking my DH who is an awesome handy-man may be able to fix it. I would love any input.

I just got a Grace quilting frame with my new long arm. It arrived with all the screws missing, from the factory. My frame is all metal, mostly aluminum, so I don't know how it would warp. It took me 6 hours to assemble it and their instructions are not the best, but all in all I am happy with it. Good Luck!!!!! Oh, I think I paid $1450 for it, but don't remember exactly. Mine is the 120".

is it wooden or metal? this matters about the warped rails and your DH's ability to fix it.

Shop around before you buy. Sometimes you get a better deal on a package - frame and machine together.

I bought a Grace frame a few years ago used it twice now I am going to sell it as it is so big I don't have room for it anymore. I never heard of the rails warping.

Sounds like they may have kept this in a damp area. I know people who have their quilting machines in their garage. I don't know how it would be fixable if the rails are warped. I have the 120 grace frame. And my rails are not warped. I keep it in the sewing room in the house. And the machine just glides. I would be worried about warped ones.
