I have been reading this message board for a while, have learned a lot, and enjoy it very much. I haven't quilted for a long time, but now I am going to go back and get started on a quilt I promised. The quilt is a double wedding ring that I started when our oldest daughter was getting married--37 years ago! In the intervening years I raised and married off 6 children, have lots of grandchildren, worked for years and have finally retired. No more excuses! I have many of the pieces sewn and I hope this group will help me get through this project.
