Today was my all day class with Libby Lehman. I wondered how much I would actually like this class before I signed up, but decided to go for it..after all how many opportunities do I get to take a class from a quilter who charges $400.00 per Square FOOT for her quilts?? Well...it was a fantastic class! We were busy ALL day and had some much fun learning to thread paint..bobbin drawing...reverse applique...ribbon draw...discuss showing quilts and you name it...she would talk about it. It was loads of fun! If you ever get the opportunity to take one of her classes...do it!

The ribbon is really not very hard to make..just takes patience, time, and of course..lots of thread. :wink: But it was really fun! I'm thinking I'll make my sample into a pillow. |
