I bid for this pattern on e-bay for $3.00 and won the bid. I just finished it last night. It has a iron-on face (didn't work well, so I also had to do some stitching) and I knitted some yarn and boiled it to make a very slight wave, then sewed it to the dolls head.

Now if only I had a pair of infant socks to warm her feet. BRRRRRRRRRR ...thinking they might be cold. At least her sleeves are long and she has on pantaloons to otherwise help.

the doll pattern was for a boy and girl flat face cloth doll and was titled Dream spinners. Hope you enjoy seeing it.
