I've heard about the quilting board from fellow quilters in my area and it sounded like a fun way to get to know more who enjoy quilting and sewing. It may take me awhile to really find my way around though!!

Thanks for the welcome!! I love learning from others and it is so much fun to see what other quilters are working on. I will have to spend some time finding my way around, it looks like there are several areas to visit!??

You are so very right. This is the best way to ask questions and find the best kind hearted people on earth. They are so caring and have the answer to anything. Welcome to you..from west Texas

Welcome aboard from a fellow Oregonian - in fact, not very far from you. (Lyons) We have several members here from Lebanon and Albany

I can see this will be tons of fun!! And some of you are up very late!! I am ready to turn in for the night. I get up at 5:30 so I can work on quilts for an hour in the morning before I have to get ready for work. It is such a nice time to sew and quilt because it is so quiet and peaceful. Sometimes it is hard to stop what I am doing, but work calls. The guild I belong to has a quilt show coming up in two weeks and I have two quilts that still need to be finished, so it is now crunch time.
