We are having our Bi-annual show next year. In previous years we have used white sheets to hang misc. pieces. We now believe that it is more professional to use black as the background.
I am asking everyone to stretch the grey matter and remember where they may have found a reasonably price black fabric and not sheets (too much).
Any help in finding some moderately priced fair quality fabric would be greatly appreciated.

I would contact Z & S fabrics. They have black Kona for $4.99 yard. They also have a brick and morter store so you should be able to get the amount that you need.

If the white sheets you used in previous years are still available and made of cotton, why not try dying them black? Might be less $$ than buying new backgrounds.

our local fabric store always has tons of black on clearance right after Halloween
