More help is on the way
Sometime soon, a Help link will be added to our upper and lower menu bars. It will lead to tons of useful information. :D
In the meantime, we can see it by using this link: http://www.quiltingboard.com/faq.php |

Thanks for listening to us. I am finally getting used to the new format with one exception....I can't tell (for this poor old senior mind that should be remember) which threads I have read. I have found the following....
"The administrator can also set up the forums so that each thread you read is marked in the database. If this option is set, then new threads (or threads with new posts) will not be marked as read until you have actually read them." but still can't determine which I have read. I love to read them all but don't have the time to do that in one sitting. Any suggestions on how to do this would be greatly appreaciated. |
thank you , wish everyone would bother to read your posts

Thank you for all you do

I'm still trying to understand about "new posts" or "today's posts" which is mentioned in the link you provided, Patrice. I don't see either of those designations whether I'm logged in or not. I only see "what's new" and that doesn't seem to function as the description of the other two. Please tell me how to find that. Believe me, I have looked!

Thank you :)

Thrift Shop - Sale Link. I just read about the new opening of the thrift shop. If I read correctly, only November 5 and new entries are to be listed. I was so excited to have a link that did not have all these old entries and when I went there I am still seeing all these previous OLDER sales. Am I not filtering or sorting correctly? I am so frustrated trying to sort through today verus LONG Ago.
