Try this new method that I just learned from another member of this board. Of course, remember that your pictures have to be small enough to begin with. Just start a new post or you can just make a comment on this existing post, and write in your information. If you look at the symbols above the box where you wrote, look for the 4th icon from the right, and it should say --insert image--when you hold your mouse over it, so click on that, hit the browse button to load your picture, and then click on the upload files, and once it loads, you can type in info about that picture. It sure works better than the manage attachments button. Hope that helps. Good luck getting it to post.
