Need opinions on sashing - pt 2

First, thank you to everyone who responded to my earlier thread asking for opinions on sashing for these blocks for a wall hanging. I really appreciate it! And since so many people suggested purple, I finally decided to heck with it, I'd go get a purple to see how it did. (I used a coupon, and my niece's nursery is purple, so I figured I could always use it for her as a last resort.) Here are my 3 options, though I have to say that I'm really leaning toward the purple now. ;) I retook the pictures of the green and white fabrics, so that they all looked similar.

Number 3 IMHO.

I too like #3 -- more contrast but it still ties to one of the colors of the block.

I prefer #3 also.

Absolutely the purple.

I agree. Go with the purple.

The blocks fade totally into the green and mostly into the white for me.

I'll admit that I voted purple in your first sashing post and now that I have seen it, I am totally convinced. You probably could have even gone to the darker purple but the purple is much better than the green or white.

Purple pulls it all together for me.

Oh yes... love the last one!

I'm sorry girls, I like the first one. It blends with the green and it lets the blocks shine instead of the sashing. A purple border can always be added to pop the purple.

Definitely the purple!
