Has anyone used esty to sell?

I am thinking about reducing my stash and wondering if anyone has used esty to do this????? and of course wondering about what success you had?

Don't use it to sell stash but I do have an Etsy shop to sell quilts, etc.

I've bought my fair share of items from Etsy but haven't tried selling anything . . . yet. I too would love to hear how people do on the site.

I am wondering the same thing, I have spent the last few months organising and reducing. I passed on lots but kept lots of new fabrics back to try to make a little money on. Ebay's fees are getting crazy and I have not had much luck on there .

It's actually very easy to sell stuff here on the QB. You might read over the rules, and feel free to pm me with any questions!

Hubby has etsy store, krugsstudio. He has been successful selling his crafts for the past few years, but there are also "dry" spells.

I didn't think etsy was for stash busting. I thought you had to make items to be sold.

You can sell supplies including fabric or vintage items not everything on Etsy is handmade.

I have bought fabric and patterns off Etsy many times. Check their selling rules and they will tell you if you can sell just fabric & goods not handmade.

I tried selling things like table runners but only sold one here and there. Right now I have fabric on my etsy shop and I haven't sold much of it either. I think people that make jewelry are about the main ones that make a decent amount of money on etsy.
