OMG, what was I thinking??? I had to tone this one down!

I don't know what came over me but I used bright orange sashing that just overpowered this poor mini!! I finally decided to top stitch some strips down and that seemed to work! Whew!
My first Whirlwind mini was PP but I decided to try this method and, to be very honest, it was quicker but a huge waste of material. Here's my mini "before" and "after" pics and the technique I used. I didn't use a template but you can just use the 45 degree angle on a regular ruler and it'll work fine. Here are the instructions for it.
