Foundation Interfacing for string blocks??

Well, I have wasted about an hour looking for the site where I purchased yardage for a lightweight interfacing that is used for the purpose of making foundation blocks or for strip piecing. I cannot find it. I wanted to check out their free patterns but I can't locate them now. I have searched google and here on this board and I am beginning to think they went out of business. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

I need more info about the site to know if I know about it.

I googled "lightweight interfacing/string piecing". Lots of sites. Hope that helps!

That mesh sounds interesting. Have you used it? I am wondering if it is lightweight, and also if it can take ironing.

Quilt Smart carries many printed interfacings. They might be who you are thinking of

I just use paper and tear it off when I'm finished. Bonnie Hunter uses phone book pages.

I'm wondering the same thing. It sounds a lot like Vilene.

I use lightweight fabric that I inherited. Too thin for other quilting and it clears my scrap bin. It's like a real thin Broadcloth. Have used sheets that are too thin also.
