A Short Long Arm?

Has anyone tried the Handiquilter Simply 16 with the 5 foot frame? Loading the quilt might be awkward?

16" would be a midarm, not a longarm. With a 5' frame this would be a good setup for wall hangings. Lots of art quilters have no use for a wider throat or longer frame.

The frame size would really limit how wide a project you could do, unless you do it in sections and join later?

It's a whole new system. I watched the YouTube and you can do larger quilts too.

I've been wondering if you could use the Handyquilter with the Ken Kund frame.
