I want to make a black and white quilt what pattern would good with that color combination I did think that yellow brick road might work.

If you write black and white quilt in Google and then hit images you will get tons.

Are you just going to use 2 colors or lots of tonal back and white prints? Because, a simple rail fence, 9 patch or a Carpenters Star would be stunning. Were you looking for more complicated suggestions?

Hunters star, look up two colour quilts as well as black and white.

I am not sure Yellow Brick road would work as well as other patterns. I thought this free pattern looked the nicest:

Here's the black & white quilt I made. Added a touch of red. It's quilted in bright lime green thread.

I like Eleanor Burns Day and Night quilt. I made it with a third accent color, but I believe it can be made with two colors.

A few years ago I made a family reunion quilt in a black and white log cabin, with my relatives sending many variations of those colors and they all loved it, I thought it was a very striking quilt - I used the barn raising setting.
