Memory bears

I have been looking for a pattern for a memory bear. The bears that are made from a baby's sleeper. I've seen all kinds of bears but can't for the life of me find a pattern. Can anyone help?

he's cute and looks easy enough. I have a 4" one with separate arms and legs I use for loved ones who have passes.

Thank you for posting the link, printed the pattern and will make a memory bear for my GD for her high school graduation this spring. Can use one of our sons flannel shirts for hers.

if using as a graduation gift, why not make it in a light color and give her a micron pen to write on for her friends.

I'll ck out the Carols Zoo. I do the elephant and giraffe, they are quick and easy and look great.
