Pinwheel Lap Quilt made with Orange-Red Print with Yellow, Purple, and Green
I made this over 20 years ago.
Details: All fabrics were washed before cutting - even the scrap pieces Size: Approximately 43-1/2 x 53-1/4 inches Fabrics: the print and yellow solid was scrap from Kid Dudz (located in Cannon Falls during the 1950's) - my Mom gave me her scrap pieces. The green and yellow was from my stash. The purple is a Kona. Backing: Muslin - probably a Roc-lon Batting: Mountain Mist - the kind that pulls apart - not pre washable!!!! Thread: cotton covered polyester Coats & Clark Dual Duty Design: made up as I went Quilting: straight line and in-the-ditch (Trying to figure out how to add pictures) |

That's sweet and very bright! I love diagonal cross-hatching. Isn't it fun to see where our quilting has evolved from? One of my first quilts was a pinwheel too.
