Monofilament thread
 

I have a Bernina 830 and the machine does not recognise that I have threaded it with invisible thread. It keeps stopping asking me to thread the machine up. Is there any way that I can switch off the sensor on the machine in order to use this thread.

Sounds like a call to the service dept. is in order.

I don't know about the 830. I've had 2 older Bernina's and I could turn the sensors off on both of them. You might look in the manual and see if you can turn them off.
