I have only been on this forum for a few short months but I seem to notice that if our avatar is not of our quilts it usually is a child/loved one or in many cases a beloved pet. I have three dogs and I love them all dearly, they are like my children. I would love to know your pet`s story. This picture is of Gabby, she is the most recent addition to our family. At 8.5 lbs she may be small but her voice is big....hence the name! She is pug and boston terrier mix.

Gabby is so cute. I have a takler to his name is Russell,He also loves to quilt with me. While my Tammy just loves to be scratched.

Awww love your pug boston mix Gabby :-) We have boston terriers now and they are such a great little dog. Lexie is the black brindle. We have had her for about 5 years now-rescued her from a breeder. We also rescued our male Tigger (the red) from a breeder who decided she was not breeding him anymore and just decided she wasn't going to feed him either. He was so emaciated when I got him and so scared (obviously abused) that I was not sure he would make it. But he is doing wonderful and has come around a great deal around other people. I took a picture yesterday of him laying in front of the woodstove but it is on my home computer so I will have to post that one later. The last two pictures are actually of our dog Tigger and our friends boston Chloe.
