Project Linus for a little girl
1 Attachment(s)
Months ago I went throught my stash and organized some of it into kits for future projects and then stored them all away again. Yesterday morning I stumbled on this cache`, and pulled out a small piece ( 27 x 36 ) of cheater fabric I bought off Facebook for less then $3. Added a border from my scraps, and pulled some backing fabric out and finished cross hatching this little cutie at 4am this morning. Washed and dried and ready to go to Project Linus. I love this one! Colors are faded in the picture...border is bright pink and the backing and bindind are aqua. I do think the cheater fabric could be a Lori Holt...not sure.

That's a beautiful quilt :) Years ago, when we lived in TX, I went to a local sewing center and we made quilts/blankets for Project Linus. We were there all day and it was great fun and we made many quilts.

Adorable quilt Linda. I get obsessed too when I'm close to finishing and have been known to stay up late to finish it.
I pay for it the next day though even though I'm retired LOL Would love to find cheater fabric like that.........so cute. |
This quilt is as cute as can be. Love the colors.
