Go to www.quilterscache.com
They have LOTS of quilt block patterns that are very simple. My first pieced quilt was made as a sampler with many different easy block patterns so I got that experience of making different designs. I chose 12 inch blocks and looked for ones without too many pieces. Good luck.

I still refer to it.

Look on ebay or amazon for a deal.

My first quilt is "Cotton Reels" on this website. It is a very easy pattern to make. Once you get to quilterscache, go to Blocks Galore, or just type that into google.

This is a fantastic site. Usually on the second page you can see how other people have made the same quilt with different colors and different borders.

You'll definitely love the site!

A Rail Fence or a Turning Twenty is easy. Enjoy your new addiction!

According to Barnes & Noble, it's easy. Here is their link:

Found the following page that shows the actual quilts in the book. From the pictures, I would say that some of the quilts are easy but some are more in the intermediat range.
