My DH and sons just left for the Masters and I am home alone until Monday night! I am so excited. I don't know what to do first - I have so many things planned for my time.

I don't think I have had this much time alone at home since my oldest son was born more than 24 years ago and with 4 kids, I crave peace and quiet since I so seldom had it.

I actually am taking vacation from work from now until Monday night and would be thrilled if I don't have to leave the house before then. :-D

One of my daughters called and offered to come home from college for the weekend so I wouldn't have to be alone. It was all I could do not to hang up on her. LOL

My kids all like their alone time but somehow think I can't survive without one of them around. :P

I love being alone with my daughter, but she quilts too, so we have a lot more in common now than when she was a teenager.

Enjoy, I had about 27 hours this past weekend alone, it was great!

lol... they don't understand that solitude does not equal lonely. Solitude is such a cool word :)

Phooey on that! I'd demand to go with hubby to the Masters!

I am a golfer of course and would love, love, love to go there!

My 20-year-old (who still lives at home) asks me that every time she leaves. It's all I can do to NOT laugh at her. Enjoy your time.
