Was wondering if anyone has used these and if so what did you think?

Best thing in the world if you have to make a lot of HST's. I have them in almost all the sizes and use them all the time. I pin several strips at a time and then butt the strip seam lines up to each other and sew them into large sheets. The first row is tricky but after that it's a dream.

I have used them and really like them. I bought a bundle and photocopied them for future use.

I used to use them but sometimes i needed a size the stores didn't have. So i bought Triangulations. It is a cd that will print hst papers. It prints lots of sizes in 1/8 or 1/4" increments so you can make about any size you want. It prints a whole page at a time. I got mine at one of my local quilt shops.

Guess I'm in the minority... I hated them. Ripping that paper off was a PITA!

I have them on CD and print whatever size I want, both HST and QST. The paper holds them nice and stable so you can really open up that center seam - something I love.

If you're having trouble pulling off the paper, use a smaller stitch length.

The beauty of Thangles is the accuracy. Your HST's are absolutely perfect every time. There is a trick for getting the paper off easily. You sort of roll it and pop it and the paper breaks away easily. I think this technique is demonstrated on their web site and mentioned on the instructions in the package. I've also seen a web site with a chart for printing off your own but I'm not sure of the site.
