Hi everyone. I am still new to quilting. I have posted my quilts already. My question to all of you is I have a bunch of 6x6 flannel squares and want to make my dad a quilt for Christmas. What pattern would you all suggest that is fairly easy? I do have some blue jean material too, however that can be heavy. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks Lori

D9P (disappearing 9 patch) comes to mind...quick, easy, and would look great made with squares that size.

A rag quilt is real easy. Have you considered that? I love to make them. You could use cotton, flannel and denim. Your choice. If we can help you in any way, please let us know.

I ditto a rag quilt, especially with the squares already cut.

The 6" squares and backed with fleece. It can be tied or just do diagonal stitching through the squares. They wash well and are very cozy.

I like the idea of a D9P. They are so pretty.
