Here is the dumplin recipe you ask for they are firm dumplins and very easy 3c.flour[all purpose] 2 eggs broth [cooled] salt & pepper beat eggs add. to flour add. broth a little at a time until you have dough seperate into 2 balls add a little flour on tabel and kneed untik pretty smooth roll out real thin cut in strips , then cut crossways or pull apart in 2 inch pieces drop in boiling broth cook 15 min longer after last dumplin is droped in

2 eggs and broth. LOL! IT kinda ran together there. But it is two seperate ingredients.

I have found out that if I use a pizza cutter to cut with, I do not drag a knife across my work surface, thus saving my surface. Hope this helps.
