My name is Colletta and I'm 30 yrs old. While I've been sewing since I was 12 yrs old, I'm just starting to explore quilting and am working on my very first quilt.

I've been married for almost 8 years and have 2 daughters ages 6 and 1. I'm not exactly sure of all the features on the forum so if there's anything really interesting that I should check out, please let me know.

Good old Penn! My family used to love to say they were from West Virginia, but 90% of the time we'd go up there we'd discover something more about Pennsylvania, for instance that would be where the "camp" was. hehehe

Yes, the chat room is great, and we all love photographs, doesn't matter how little or much progress you've made. Hmm, anything else? Oh yes, if you need inspiration or ideas, or the will power to sink in and finish that oh so annoying part you'll find that all here too. ;)

Howdy and welcome from TExas. Hope you enjoy it here and good luck with your quilt making. Just be prepared to be addicted to quilt making. I too started sewing as a child and made clothes for years.......now I would rather eat dirt than make clothes~~~I JUST WANT TO MAKE QUILTS.
