I have an Olfa rotary cutter and the screw comes loose every time I make a couple of cuts. It is driving me crazy. I much prefer the way the Olfa works. I tried a different brand and hated it because it felt too bulky and didn't cut as nicely. Is anyone else having this problem with the Olfa rotary cutter? Should I just buy a new Olfa?

Yes, it happened me to. I took it apart to change the blade and couldn't figure out how to put it back correctly!
I need to take it someplace to have someone help me get it back the right way !!

Try taking off the screw and flip the bent washer, then put the screw back on. I found this to be the problem with mine.

No I haven't had any trouble with mine yet.
I found this PDF page at OLFA for putting a cutter back together when you change the blades.

Thank you, Nadine, for the post to Olfa. I used to wonder which side the little bent washer went on! lol

ROFLMAO Just about to pee my pants.....I've had the same problem since I changed blades.....LOL after seeing the olfa site, I put everything on backwards. I have several and now I'll have to check how I put the blades on. It even looks right now. It didn't look right before, but I didn't even think to do put it together the correct way.
