I have an Olfa rotary cutter and the screw comes loose every time I make a couple of cuts. It is driving me crazy. I much prefer the way the Olfa works. I tried a different brand and hated it because it felt too bulky and didn't cut as nicely. Is anyone else having this problem with the Olfa rotary cutter? Should I just buy a new Olfa?

Yes, it happened me to. I took it apart to change the blade and couldn't figure out how to put it back correctly!
I need to take it someplace to have someone help me get it back the right way !! |
Try taking off the screw and flip the bent washer, then put the screw back on. I found this to be the problem with mine.

No I haven't had any trouble with mine yet.
I found this PDF page at OLFA for putting a cutter back together when you change the blades. http://www.olfa.com/App_Content/Edit.../bin112065.pdf |
