Do you have any recipes for using the spaghetti squash?

We cook it and use it like you would pasta.
Cook the squash like it your recipe, use italian herbs if you use it with spaghetti sauce.
Vary the herbs/seasonings to blend with your choice of sauce. :D:D:D

I cut it in half, take the seeds out and mirowave both pieces until its soft, salt, pepper and butter, thats it! yum

Yes, fixed it tonight and was yummy

I throw the whole thing into the oven. when done then cut in half and scoop out seeds. then take a fork scoop out squash with fork Throw lots of butter and salt and pepper on in in a cassarole dish. Put a lid on it to melt butter and keep warm. Love it

Same here, we just love it like that!

I cook it in the microwave after cutting it in half. Then scoop out the seeds and run a fork through the sides to make the spaghetti like threads. Then I add butter and parmesan cheese and salt and pepper. Yum so delicious. In fact I have one in my refrigerator and maybe I'll cook mine tonight.
