    If you are using the gliding foot and not the hopping foot there is a dial on it so you can raise it. Once I raised my foot with dial I had no more problems.

    Finished this today!

    The pattern is Piece of Cake by Camille Roskelly. I added complete borders not just top and bottom and used fabric from my stash. Thanks for looking. Hope this works not sure how to post pictures...
