    I've used it, but only as a center of a rag quilt to make the ragging look and feel better. I'm not sure how you would use it as regular fabric.

    I use Goop 6000, it's good for what you need. Whatever you use, make sure the item does not go inoto the drier when washed.

    Any and all glues melt in a high temp drier.
