Hi,
I am Ada and do mostly scrap quilting for charities. No expert but have really got a lot of information for this forum. I do more lurking than anything else but did want to make myself known.

All you really need to do is Google curtain...

All you really need to do is Google curtain instructions or how ever you want to word it, in your case valances and you will get lots of choices as that is how I did mine. Good luck.
