    What a great idea-when my children were too small to write their name, I would trace their hands on cards to grandparents--when my son wrote a thank you note to his grandma for his college graduation...

    I have some jelly rolls and hope to make a 1600 quilt this summer-really like yours-thought about using a black square at the end of each strip--white looks good so I may try that--great quilts

    I did a quilt in a day-Roman strip pattern-it was a blast-however, food was prepared for us, someone did the ironing so all I did was sew, sew, sew-it was fun-not want to do it all the time-do agree...
