    I use the button exclusively. Don't know where my foot pedal is. I have very small hands and still have no trouble reaching my finger to stop. Probably will never go back to foot pedal again.

    I can't do Free Motion Quilting at all but isn't the pressure foot lever supposed to be up while the feed dogs aredown. Just a thought. I am probably so wrong.

    I have windows xp also. It is good enough for me and still plodding along. How will it affect xp owners when it is retired. I am really green when it comes to computers. I don't want to buy a new one.
