Thanks for your welcome from NY. I went to New York City with the North Texas Civic Chorus two years ago. We rented one of the auditoriums in Carnegie Hall and sang Mozart's Requiem Mass.
I loved New York and New Yorkers. People had told me to expect a certain degree of unfriendliness, but I didn't find any people who were unfriendly or unhelpful.
I know I'll enjoy the forum and will try to be one of the helpful, friendly people who have been here awhile.
