I really love Amy Smart's Boho Girl quilt pattern for large scale fabrics. It's a pretty simple design but it really showcases fabrics that you don't want to cut into small pieces. Add a blender or two with something for sashing (maybe a navy blue or burgundy red, or even a lime green with your fabrics?) and you're good to go.
