Yeah...happy to see February birthday packages are coming in and it is not even February!

Also just wanted to let you all know that we have accepted an offer on our house. (that was really fast) and now waiting on the inspection and appraisal. Think positive thoughts for me! Still need to find a place to live. Found a condo we like but just trying to make magic happen!
