I have fabric yardage in my stash that I have been “saving” for the right project. I’ve come to the conclusion that using that fabric is a better use than waiting for the pattern idea to come along that works best. I made myself use one of those pieces for a backing. I was surprised at how good it felt to finally just use it for something - anything. 3 yards out for me so far this month and zero added.
