More gorgeous blocks to see today! I have only 3 left in my first set, then I will take a break and move to quilting the Burgoyne Surrounded, which is HUGE, the biggest I have ever tackled.

I'm loving the cooler temps! 59 degrees in May is just such a gift! Unheard of here. Lstew, what a pretty dog. I still yearn for a dog, but hubby isn't ready.

MJP, I admire your commitment to your exercise. I know it makes you feel great. And I'm envious of your new travel van. We have been dreaming of one for years.

Off to see if I can finish the last few blocks today.

MJP I sent a picture to hubby of a RV perfect for me. It’s from overseas and only has 3 wheels but it has bed, micro kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for one person but with only 3 tires I bet it has to go very slow. Ah a girl can dream. Have a wonderful time with your new RV. We went to Alaska last year on a cruise and it was one of my best vacations ever. It is a beautiful place to visit. Might be going back next year. Hubby likes to plan things early in May so I won’t complain about leaving Texas. VBG

I spent almost 3 hours on what I thought would be a relatively easy block. Put it away and will finish when I get back?

Lstew beautiful pup, we have had freeze warnings all week, my outdoor plants have been hibernating inside, all cozy and warm

Janice very nice old fashion block for WMUT. Ltsew great blocks for and Duckling and WMUT.

Yay! Took me all day but I got these last three done. Will take a break before starting the second set. These are a Cat’s Cradle for LAF’s beautiful tree fabric, a Tula Christmas block for Lstew, and a framed whale block for me!

Hey, if you don’t have the batiks to go with my whales or lobsters, don’t sweat it or make a special trip to the store. Just use your solids or totals… and if they have a little green or purple in with the blue, that’s fine.

More lovely blocks, SBG. Terriamn, I struggled with one block in particular. It was absurd the amount of time it took to complete it and used every speck of fabric due to having to recut. It happens. Your ideal RV sounds perfect for you. Too bad you can’t see one locally.

I’m off to make blocks. I think I’ve got 5 left, not including a couple I’d like to make for myself.
