    RHUBARB PUDDING CRUMBLE

    4 cups chopped Rhubarb
    1/2-cup sugar
    1 package strawberry jello
1 small package Jiffy yellow cake mix contents (do not make up a cake batter)
    1 cup cold water

Layer ingredients into 9x12 baking dish in order of listing.
    Bake 1 hours at 350-degrees F.
Cool. Top with scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.

What size package of jello, small (3 oz.) or large (6 oz) ?

OMG, I have egg on my face! I apologize for a huge error earlier in my Rhubarb Pudding Crumble recipe. Please use the 3-ounce package of Jello when making this recipe. I was reminded this afternoon that I use the large package of Jello when I double the recipe. Again, I am so sorry.

Made another rhubarb crumb yesterday and added pecans. They kind of got lost in it. So I'll save them for something else. Next Sunday our church has it's service in the park, along the river, then a pot luck lunch. I'm going to make a double batch for it.
My husband would love the 1 with Jello but rhubarb and strawberries don't set well with me. We have the Canada Red rhubarb, it is not as tart.
