Will you let us know how that works out for you? My hubby's retired, but I still do the cooking and laundry but I do have a little more time to quilt. Yeah!

Well, I am very fortunate. He has his hobby Building a 1932 Ford Roadster, and I have mine.....

He does the grocery shopping, cooking, and on Fri. we both clean house. Gets done faster, so we can go back to hobbies.

    He's a GEM

Before we married I told my husband that I can't cook, don't clean and don't know anything about sex. After 42 years, I still can't cook, don't clean (except for company once a year), but one out of three must be really great to be married all these years!

I hate four letter words: cook, dust, iron, wash

This is too funny -- I keep up with the laundry and every now and then I run the vac -- he doesn't care as long as he gets to watch CNN!!! He does the cooking and cleaning --- I scrub the toilets and sweep the floors -- when people want to come over and visit -- I kinda freak because I don't have the suzie homemaker house that I think they will expect -- but I do have my 2 dogs to distract them --- I don't want a housekeeper because she/he might move something that I need!!!

You Go Girl~~~~~ But I have found that the more I have to do, the more I get done; if I can be lazy, I don't accomplish a thing.
