Think you can google them and request a catalog.

I have ordered many times from Connecting Threads and have been very satisfied. Quilt shop fabric may be a little better, but it is definitely much better then Joann's. They are very easy to deal with if there is a problem. I would recommend it highly.

Well, I just received my first order from CT...I have passed it around in our quilting class of 30 people. Many have sewn for many, many years and some of them professionally. The final opinion was that it was very good material. Now, I am on to washing it and quilting it both with a longarm machine, domestic and by hand. And that will tell the rest of the story for us.
But I would be happy to use it. I used to be a fabric snob...but I have found flaws in fabric I have paid $14 per yard for...and that was 100% cotton for quilting fabric from a shop. So I guess, buyer beware as always...but I will continue to shop CT for now!

ditto - i have probably spent over 1,000.00 with them and have never been disappointed yet. I just ordered some batting from them for the first time, so I'm waiting to see if I like their batting as much as I like their fabric. Service is great and so is the delivery time (and I'm in Nova Scotia)

Just purchased a package with a lot of fat quarters, batik. Great quality and the price was right. I think it was $117 with free shipping for 77 or so fat quarters. Have purchased before, always please with them. Miss their shop in Vancouver, Wa, it was not to far from home.

The words you need to look for in any product to determine where it was actually made is "Product of _______ (name of country". No other wording means that it was produced in that country. So only something labeled Product of the United States of America was actually produced here.

Connecting Threads website says they use 100% US cotton and they display the Cotton USA label. However, all that label means is that the cotton was grown in the US, not that the fabric is made here. In fact, if you read the site carefully, some fabrics clearly state they are printed overseas. The reality is that the fabric probably was not woven in the US, nor printed in the U.S. Does someone have other information that shows otherwise? I can't find anywhere on the site that it says the fabric actually is made in the U.S.
Here's a quote from their web site: "Connecting Threads has very high standards for the International manufacturers we choose to work with."
I think their catalog used to say they used USA cotton, woven in North America, which I always thought meant Mexico. But how many Quilt Shop Fabrics are made in USA??? I'll bet none.
