Yes, it is a treadle machine - we use it as a TV stand!

welcome from Maine -- soom to be Olympia. Your fan quilt has inspired me to dig out a pile of fan block swaps. I love the simple fan design and the quilting. Beautiful!!!

I have not figured out how to answer some of my messages. My husband and I just spent a couple of weeks in Maine and the northeast this summer. We love Maine. You may be disappointed moving from Maine to Olympia!
