The 25% is off total purchase not just 1 item, which includes sale priced items not just reg. priced items.

The coupons on the iPhone app are reusable! Just a FYI. I sometimes go in two days in a row since I work next to one. They just punch in the code on the screen. 40-50% off single items comes up pretty regularly. I snag batting or cutting tools using these.
