Beautiful clothes! Brought tears to my eyes, remembering my sister who made American girl doll clothes. When she died I was given her patterns but a granddaughter got the doll and I can't afford to buy one. Maybe someday.

If you can't afford the "real" American Girl doll, take a look at Nancy's Notions for their version. It's a lot more affordable. I haven't actually seen the doll in person but the picture makes her look really nice, esp with the difference in price!

Bless you. I made a total of one Barbie doll dress. Too tiny. Too hard to handle those small pieces of fabric.

I have been collecting interesting clothing from thrift stores just for this purpose. I found one of those dolls at a flea market and cannot wait to make some clothes.
