    Here's a weird question... is there a way to determine what a needle that you have is? I have a "favorite needle" but I have no idea what size it is, if it's a sharp or a between, nothing. But I LOVE it & live in fear that it will break or get lost & I'll be up that ol' creek...

    Still find error message, can't get the information. What can be wrong? Seems others are getting it due to the responses.
