​I used to fix them for my children when they were little but we called them Toad in a Puddle. I toasted the bread circle along with the toad to use for yolk dipping. The other thing they loved were toasts soldiers to go with their "dippy egg"

Love them. We call them Hangovers! And the round piece of bread is used for dunking in the yolk. They are really good! Edie
