    It is really pretty. You will never catch me making a quilt out of 1" squares but I'm happy to admire yours.

    Really???? one inch squares???? Oh man, what a lot of work you put into this beautiful quilt!! I hope she will realize the amount of work and love that is in this quilt. It is fabulous!! Thanks for sharing. You do beautiful work!

    That is great when you want truly scrappy. After cutting, I put the squares in a bag and pulled them out one at a time. Yes, It is a pain. If you are going to do a controlled scrappy, ypu can sew into strips first.
